“I was in the market for a gas BBQ. WOWBBQ staff were very helpful and dispatched a Weber BBQ quickly and efficiently. I cannot say the same about the delivery company who gave me a 2 hour delivery slot which I waited in for all day. The BBQ eventually arrived 24 hours later. Despite the delivery hiccup, I would use WOWBBQ again. Their prices were competitive.”

“Ordered a Weber Q1200 BBQ and when it arrived three of the legs feet were slightly damaged (looked like a manufacturing error). I contacted WOWBBQ Customer Service and emailed them pictures of damage. No quibble - they immediately raised a case with Weber factory and 5 days later I received a complete replacement set of legs, all perfect. Great customer service. Would highly recommend WOWBBQ.”
