“The price for the Outwell Event Lounge was very good, but as we were buying from Wow Camping direct, and not from Amazon, I was a little concerned. When the event lounge arrived, all looked good. However, when we started to erect it, it was clear that one of the poles was bent, and one plastic joint had been fitted upside down. We managed to bodge it enough to use for the immediate occasion, but contacted Wow Camping to send photos of the faulty parts. I received a response two days later, apologising for the delay in replying. The email from Darren, of Wow Camping, was brilliant - polite, apologetic, showing an understanding of the issue, and promising to sort replacement poles from Outwell, under the guarantee. Then 12 days later, the poles arrived from Outwell. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed in Outwell's quality control, but the event lounge itself is great. I am very happy to recommend Wow Camping, based on my experience. The issue was with Outwell, but it was sorted out by Darren from Wow Camping with no quibble at all. Excellent job!”
