The rug has already been used, as it was covered in human hairs, not to mention the fact that Woven left the owner of the hairs address and telephone number on the packaging! Have rung countless times to arrange a return, as well as voicemails, but still no answer and no reply!!!

The product and ordering process were good. But they have chosen to deliver with UPS, possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. In our case, UPS arrived ahead of the time they said they would deliver, ignored the request made on the UPS website to re-deliver, and took the rug to a corner shop some distance away. I would avoid ordering from Woven again because of their choice of delivery company.

Don't worry, this all ends very well...! We wanted two beautiful rugs that we had seen in a physical store a few months ago, but that store no longer stocked them so we found them on line at Woven. I ordered them and only after ordering, saw some very negative reviews and felt quite worried. I didn't have long to worry tho' because only two days after ordering them, my rugs arrived!! We rolled them out with excitement but when I saw them laid out on the floor, I was horrified! They seemed to have stains all over them and were covered in this strange white 'powder'. I wanted to send them straight back but my husband kept saying, there is nothing wrong, it's just that they have been very tightly rolled up ever since they were made in India and they just need to settle down and 'relax', whereupon they will fluff up and be fine. I thought he was wrong but decided the best thing to do was wait and prove him wrong. Meanwhile, he decided to help the rugs look nice more quickly by giving them both a good hoovering. Imagine my surprise when I walked back in the room not a half an hour later, and they were both looking gorgeous! It turned out the 'staining' really was just the pile being flatened in irregular spots, and the white stuff was actually just the reverse of the pile, which makes the rugs look all 'distresed', exactly as they should be. So really well done Woven, I honestly can't imagine how they could have done any better.

Ordered a very large rug in the sale which meant that it was fantastic value. The service was excellent and a query I had was responded to within an hour. I was kept informed of the delivery date and time and it was delivered.

Ordered Brink & Chapman rug in the black friday sale on 30/11/21 got an email from Woven two weeks later stating "Due to a typographical error in pricing, im afraid to report we have had to cancel your order" and offered a 25% discount on nect order but didn't give me a code!!! At the time they actually answered the phone and had a functioning webchat and I was able to eventually get money put back into my paypal account on 14/12/21. I had ordered a second rug Lignie Design also in the black Friday Sale on the 1/12/21 thankfully rug eventually arrived on the 23/12/21 after several phonecalls and webchats. Colours were slightly off compared to photos but I guess the photos they use are provided by the Ligne Design not Woven. Ordered a 3rd rug Ligne Design on 7/01/22 and after a lot of stress and unanswered phone calls to Woven, misinformation, generic responsens from Woven's Zendesk as phones and webchat no longer working I eventually rang Ligne Designs customer services and they were able to tell me that the rug had been sent to Woven over a week before, so I emailed Woven and asked where it was and it eventually arrived on 3/03/22 two months after ordering. Colour is again a bit off but happy with quality and designs of rugs. I rang Woven's customer Services before ordering for my 2nd and 3rd order to make sure prices online were correct and rugs were in stock and they told me each time they were in stock in their UK warehouse which was not correct! Why did I buy from Woven? Because they are cheaper. Keep in mid if you are ordering outside the UK you will have to pay duty, I paid 94euro duties on a 152euro rug and paid 45euro shipping. If you need a rug quickly and don't want the stress or have the time to chase and follow up Woven for information on when the product they promised will arrive (it stated within 10-15 working days for my orders), then I suggest you buy elsewhere. I don't understand why Woven give false information on delivery and use generic responses. It makes customers feel they've been scammed or the company is going out of business. It's a shame because the rugs that did eventually arrive are good quality.

Very pleasant company to deal with, the rug we ordered arrived in good time and was well packaged. The rug itself isn't the greatest though, in the short period that we have owned the rug it has started to fade considerably so have resorted to putting a throw over the top during daylight hours. This has never been a problem with previous rugs we have owned especially in such a short space of time. Would never buy a rug from Morris & Co again.
