“I ordered a carpet on 24th March 2022. Instead the delivery was of pipes! Returned immediately! Contacted the costumers service and recieved emails saying that the item has been dispatched. Spoke to Lucy on the phone 5 days back and she promised to update me after contacting the supplier. Still waiting for a response!”

“My rug arrived on time by a very helpful delivery man. Well wrapped, colour and texture pretty much as described. Woven honoured their Price Match Guarantee. I’m quite happy and will be buying another rug for my bedroom 😀”

“The rug is stunning but it took ages to be delivered. I was advised the rug would not be available until the end of January but it was the end of March before I received it. Had I not chased it up with WOVEN I'm sure I'd probably still be waiting.”

“I ordered my rug and was expecting it to be delivered after about a week. It was still not with me after 10 days, but after one phone call it was very quickly sorted out. Thank you to the phone staff and may I say my rug is much better than I could have wished for. 5 ⭐️‘s to Woven”

“My friend had a rug that I had admired and I found it on Wovens website. The rug was less than she had paid! I asked my friend if she would mind if I bought the same rug as she had and ordered the rug. Woven estimated a delivery date of between 3-5 days and I got it in 3. I’m really happy with my rug and have had a compliment about it today.”

“Ordered a rug you sent me the wrong colour emailed straight away it took 6 weeks of trying to get my money back trying to call the no with nobody every answering worst company I have ever dealt with finally got my money back after a very frustrating time”

“I ordered a Louis de Poortere Medallion rug in Ebony Grey. A week after placing the order still no confirmation of shipment . I called customer service and they said they'd chase. It arrived 5 days later and was left at the front door whilst I was out not impressed leaving an £800 order that anyone could have taken! When I opened it it was completely different from the colour on the website. I eventually managed to speak to Lucy in customer service after 2 days of calling and emailing with no response. I explained the website images were totally different to what I received and sent photos and asked for an exchange. She reluctantly said she would contact the supplier as their policy was not to exchange. I can't be certain she actually did send anything, as after 2 days I chased her for their response to which she said they wouldn't exhange I could only get a refund and I would have to pay for the return delivery cost. I paid £44 to return the rug which will not be reimbursed and as yet I still haven't received the refund for the rug! I should have gone through reputable company like John Lewis again as I've bought a previous Louis de Poortere rug in the past with JL and the colour was true to form. I would not recommend using Woven from start to finish it's been an appalling service!”
