“Purchased an Ives Black/White herringbone rug in cotton chenille and jute which was delivered on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. The care instructions are printed clearly on a stitched label on the reverse of the 1.7m x 2.3m natural fibre rug which is perfect to walk on barefoot. I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.”

“2nd October 2022. I have unfortunately had a terrible experience so far with Woven. I had to return a rug at my own cost (£44) and a month later they still have not completed the return refund process despite the numerous communications with their customer service team, who are not able to advise on the status of the return or when it will be completed. Last communication on 21 Sept advised that all customers were being informed that they would be contacted regarding their refunds. That was over a week ago. For an online retailer this is unacceptable.”

“Avoid. Returned a hideous rug (at our own expense) and no sign of a refund. They then called to get our bank details and immediately fraudulent transactions started happening. Impossible to contact them by phone. Have reported them to bank and police.”

“The quality of the rug was excellent, although the delivery was not so good. We were not given a delivery date, so had to hang around. When it did come they just left it at the door without ringing.”

“Good discounted price, fast delivery, easy checkout, the rug is not of good quality (but that's proportionate to the price i paid), the rug looks slightly different to the one online in terms of thickness and quality”
