Item size not as described online, you can't return your purchase directly, have to submit a return request online and it took almost a month to get the return approved by the shop, then I have to pay the return postage by myself even it is seller's fault, don't bother to return the item as the rug is cost £50 but the return postage will cost me £15. Obviously won't buy from this shop again.

Not a company I’d recommend. They don’t answer their phone or reply to emails. Steer clear and buy elsewhere.

We ordered a rug with a 5-7 working day window and 13 working later we still have not received it - the communication from Woven has been very difficult and not forthcoming without constant emailing on our part - perhaps we have had a bad and rare experience - I cannot comment on the quality of the product as we have still not received it Graham East Sussex

I ordered two expensive rugs in early November was told they would arrive within 10 days. It’s March and still no rugs. Customer service is mostly unresponsive. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID

The delivery was timely but the product was not what I expected - a very thin and flimsy rug. For a supposedly 'vintage' item its colours were inappropriately bright and vivid. The refund took around two months to process. Terrible customer service - weeks of silence and I had to constantly chase them. I had to pay to have it shipped back twice because they weren't there to receive it the first time I sent it!

I ordered a rug which showed "in stock" but was actually out of stock. Communication was fine around this via email. I was able to cancel the order and re ordered another one which was in stock. The rug arrived in a timely manner, it is a quality rug and true to the picture on the webpage. My only stress was trying to get a refund, the first person said they had refunded the first cancelled order but when I still didn't have the money several weeks later I phoned up and they put it through it again and everything went okay, money back and apology given. Happy with my rug. Thanks

Generally all fine. I had to amend my order due to ordering one a bit too large for my lift! Slight delay to receiving my order due to high demand but all fine. I was sent 2 rugs instead of one but no one seems to be bothered to respond to my email about sending it back! I wasn’t charged for it so I guess I have a free rug to use once this one gets old/damaged! Impossible to call as no one picks up but at least I didn’t have a complaint. The rug itself it really nice and very good quality so overall I’m very happy i

Not impressed. I received the wrong item (wrong size rug) and have been trying to resolve the issue for 2 weeks. I’ve chased and chased and got nowhere. I’ve phoned, left voicemails, sent goodness knows how many emails and still don’t have my rug, The customer service is nothing short of shocking, I’ve never experienced anything like it ever. If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Actually I’m surprised they asked for a review from me given the situation. I’m also surprised to read such positive reviews. Stay clear would be my advice.

Great looking rug. Purchase and delivery experience was very good. Disapppointed in the thickness of the rug which feels very thin to walk on. I wonder if there is thin underlay to soften the feel of the rug on a wooden floor?
