The product ordered is great as are most of the other products I have. The desert and price was good. However I have a problem with my anvil loppers, I completed the contact report document on the website and asked for some help. The company has had my request for some weeks and to date no reply or assistance which in anybody's book is poor service. Happy to sell you new product but not sort your problem out. The mark of a good company is how it deals with your questions and problems not just selling a product. As of today I've still not had a response.

Couriers delivered it twice to the wrong place making your company look very inefficient.

We ordered an edge trimmer which does not rotate. We reported the matter straight away and requested a refund which has not happened. Our company would not even dream of doing this so sorry bad experience so feel free to keep our money for useless faulty product that does not work with little or no customer service!!!!

On 04/06/2024 I requested a short video of the this to assist you. Our values as a company align with yourself, we would not dream of denying a refund in a case of a faulty product. To collect the tool from you and issue a refund, if you could please take a short video of the issue you are experiencing so we can assess this? Gutter cleaning tool didn't fit in the gutter properly so wouldn't push out any debris. Trying to get any strength behind the tool to push the debris was not very fruitful either with such a long poll. Wolf Garden wouldn't refund me as they said it has been used. There was no way of knowing it wouldn't fit/work without using it. I didn't want to go up a ladder, which is why I bought it in the first place. Over £100 wasted. I had to get someone in to do the job.

Hi Tanya, Thanks for your review and sorry it has been a 1 Star experience for you. We know everyone’s gutters are different, so we do give the measurement of the trowel on this tool (just under 8cm across) so if users are unsure they have a the size of the tool to see if it'll fit their needs. We will of course accept a return of any unused items, but you had mentioned that this tool has signs of use. If trying out the tool for inspection, then it should be easy to see if this is going to fit into the gutter without measuring it beforehand but forcing it into the gutter will cause scratches/signs of use. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of an item that has been used as we cannot resell this to another customer. Beware when ordering from here as mine was a disaster from start to finish. Next day guaranteed delivery, WRONG! My parcels were in two separate packages, one was delivered the other wasn't. 1st parcel was delivered in an unsealed box and was faulty. Rang to get it replaced but all had the same fault so a refund would be forthcoming on receipt of returned goods. Day 2, faulty item collected along with the delivery of the second item which was packed in soaking wet cardboard. Just have to take their word that the item is collected as no proof provided by carrier which it WRONG. Emailed Wolf Garten to ask for refund immediately now that the faulty item has been collected so I could purchase another. Friday afternoon so very conveniently didn't respond so now have to wait until at least Monday. Wish I could include photos to show how bad it all was. Their mistake but I have to suffer because of it. Back to my tried and trusted Amazon.

I paid £6 for next day delivery. Got an email from APC to say they couldn't deliver next day with an apology. I mailed Wolf and asked for a refund of the £6 and heard nothing. Very poor.

Purchased an attachment for my long reach poll and paid extra for over night delivery and its now a week ago and i still haven't received it !! Maybe you should change your courier's .And I'm still waiting for somebody to tell me what's happened to it

Purchased a Bundle Offer and charged £84.99. If I had bought separately I would have paid £78.99. What a con… I have contacted the company and still waiting for a reply. On opening the item I found paperwork for another customer with all her personal details, it appears Wolf do not comply with the GDPR legislation. Concerned now where my details were sent. I await to hear from them and will update when I have.

Extremely poor customer service, which really deserves a 'nil star' categorisation rather than one star. After several decades of being a loyal customer one would expect at least a level of courtesy and service. Future buyers be warned, if you expect customer service, shop elsewhere.

Delighted with the tools and delivery time but the quality of the packaging materials was terrible - the handle arrived with half of the box missing - very lucky to have it arrive intact and damage free. Tools were wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic and were scuffed and dirty. The products deserve better packages to represent a quality brand
