“I've bought a few items from WoW this year. Service has been fantastic and delivery very quick. 2021 shipping frustrations meant that one of the things I needed was out of stock for a while, but this can hardly be WoW's fault. As soon as I spotted it back in stock I ordered straightaway and it was delivered as efficiently as ever. I will happily purchase from WoW again.”

“What a poor service! I bought Wolf Garten lawn rake two years ago and it broke recently. This item claims to have a 35 year guarantee. When I tried to claim on the guarantee, Wolf’s response was. ‘Sorry, you must retain the original proof of purchase to make a claim’, Absolute rubbish service! Are we supposed to keep the original proof of purchase for 35 years? I’ve used Wolf tools for many years, but this has made me thing again. Their 35 year guarantee isn’t worth a thing!”

“Excellent response times between ordering and receiving goods. However, my one complaint is that an item packaged with my 4m pole was inadequately packaged and has scratched the pole during transit. Nothing major but noticeable when you run your hand up and down the pole during normal use. Please use protective bubble wrap when more than one item is included.”
