“No response at all from "customer service" until adverse review put in. They claimed my message had gone into "Junk". Anyway, they offered to refund but then I found it was MY mistake and product WAS compatible with my pole!”

“Ordered the tree care combination. 3 items sold as a combo together yet came on two separate days on two deliveries. Items themselves were high quality. If not for the separate deliveries would have been 5⭐️”

“I have used this site multiple times because the items are well priced. I am also happy with the speed with which the goods have been despatched/arrived. However, I have only given 4 stars because the last couple of purchases I have made have been poorly packaged in that they were simply wrapped up in a black plastic bin liner. Whilst I understand that the items in question may have been awkward to pack, it did not leave me with the impression that my goods had been cared for particularly well. That issue aside I will continue to buy from this site!”

“My son ordered on my request wolf carten power dual cut RR 400 T with much hope. Couldnt use it as couldnt understand how to use.. no instructions and no response to query.. no info on net.. pl help”

“Long reach pole, strong cutter, bought the saw for sturdier branches as so pleased with the lopper, however am unable to get the lopper off the end of the pole to replace it with the saw. Disappointed. I now have to purchase another pole just for the saw attachment hence my low rating of 3* otherwise would have been 5*.”

“Although the website currently is very clear about what to expect during the current coronavirus situation, this was not the case when I originally placed the order, culminating in repeated attempts at contact being missed. As such I cannot give a 5 star review due to the poor initial communication. Once I did actually get hold.of someone, the service was very good, and although the items took a while to arrive (just barely within the quoted 15 days), they were exactly what I wanted and are a great help in the garden.”

Hi Phil, I'm sorry if this information is not clear enough but our website does state that as a consequence of COVID-19 that you may experience and should therefore expect delays to both the dispatch and the delivery of your order. This is a direct consequence of necessary distancing practices and staff shortages which are required to keep everybody safe. However, we are proud to say that most orders are still being delivered within the advertised 14 day time frame. To achieve this we are all having to pull together and the full team here are packing orders throughout the day and into the evening too. With our customer support team spending most of their time packing orders; there has been a delay in responding to emails. I'm really sorry about this but trust you can understand why this is necessary. We ask you to kindly remove this review, your order has already been shipped via Royal Mail and should arrive very soon.
