“I have a number of Wolf tools, sadly the handle just became detached on our secateurs after 5 years use. Luckily we kept the receipt, no issue full refund from retailer. Having found the on line ordering direct, i use this now for everything. Replacement secateurs direct were £5 less than i paid retail 5 years ago, can't wait to get the replacement to use as a busy time of year for pruning! Great company, excellent tools backed by a 10 year guarantee, perfect!”

“I have a Wolf pole saw for many years and realised that the blade was binding when cutting so bought a replacement blade to fit the pole. The new design is better as the handle is more comfortable and the safety lock is integral. 100mm diameter leylandii branches 4m off the ground are no problem to cut.”

“It is worth paying a bit extra for superb tools and the long handle has been a real advantage to my partner who suffers with back problems. Better to buy direct as our local supplier was a lot more expensive”
