“Received Wolf Garten ZMV4, but it came poorly packaged - 2 flimsy cardboard boxes taped together and delivered by APC. There were some scratch marks on the product (telescopic pole for snap-in Wolf accessories). When I questioned the integrity of the age (newness) and packaging, I was told to send in pictures. I spoke to E.P. Barrus who distribute for Wolf... they said it should have been "wrapped" before delivery. The price was good (£42) but I suspect it was a used product or "lifted from demo," which takes the shine off and damages trust.”

“My shed looks fantastic - gone all those inherited old garden tools - now three different length handles and a great selection of wolf heads to fit - I’m certain I will add to it but I am trying very hard to resist john”

“Very efficient delivery. Haven't used the seed sower yet but bought it on my brothers recommendation. It has worked well even on tiny carrot seeds. Looking forward to next planting season. Excellent value with many tools to use with the handle”

“No response at all from "customer service" until adverse review put in. They claimed my message had gone into "Junk". Anyway, they offered to refund but then I found it was MY mistake and product WAS compatible with my pole!”

“Extremely poor customer service, which really deserves a 'nil star' categorisation rather than one star. After several decades of being a loyal customer one would expect at least a level of courtesy and service. Future buyers be warned, if you expect customer service, shop elsewhere.”

“Amazing ... I had a little problem with the website when another pop-up )win-zip??) interrupted the transaction but when I re-did it the transaction went straight through. Delivery came next day, and was left as requested. Great cutters - thanks!”
