“What a poor service! I bought Wolf Garten lawn rake two years ago and it broke recently. This item claims to have a 35 year guarantee. When I tried to claim on the guarantee, Wolf’s response was. ‘Sorry, you must retain the original proof of purchase to make a claim’, Absolute rubbish service! Are we supposed to keep the original proof of purchase for 35 years? I’ve used Wolf tools for many years, but this has made me thing again. Their 35 year guarantee isn’t worth a thing!”

“Excellent response times between ordering and receiving goods. However, my one complaint is that an item packaged with my 4m pole was inadequately packaged and has scratched the pole during transit. Nothing major but noticeable when you run your hand up and down the pole during normal use. Please use protective bubble wrap when more than one item is included.”

So quickly, I was genuinely surprised and contacted the store to thank them. {The website clearly prompts you to say where to leave the delivery if you are out.} Terrific selection available. “Purchased two strimmer spools. Very pleased with price and quality, plus free delivery charge. Also I found the two Customer Service guys very pleasant and helpful following a problem with the Royal Mail delivery which I add had nothing to do with Wolf. Would definitely recommend.”
