“The one thing that puts me off to going back and buying from a company on the internet is bad delivery. (I don't buy from companies that use Hermes/Evri for example.) However from the competitive pricing and an easy to use website from World of Wolf to the quick and accurate delivery time from the delivery company, everything was spot on. I will have no hesitation to recommend this company to my friends and family. Thankyou.”

“I previously wrote a review to say how pleased I was with the artificial lawn sweeper. I can now extend a positive review of the after sales service too. Unfortunately just after a year of purchase, the sweeper stopped working. Having contacted Wolf direct I was advised that I had a two year warranty and to return the faulty goods for repair. The service was excellent and the repaired item was back within a week. My contact there, Rebecca, was great at keeping me informed of developments and was a pleasure to work with. Therefore a huge plus for not just the product but after sales service. Thank you Wolf!”

“ordering and delivery first class. I haven't had chance to use the tools yet as the weather has kept me away from allotmenteering. appear to be very well-made and robust. bought them to go in a small toolbox as I don't have shed up at allotment so no space for full-sized, handles. The extending long handle will be ideal.”

“I have a huge array of wolf tools. Somehow they make my love of gardening and lawn care special. The interchangeble stuff just makes every job a pleasure, I have a lot of kit and each tool has its use... treat yourself. PS... the solid click when you change from one head to another makes you feel like a gardening Rambo. But an advisory, never lend them out as they wont come back ....”
