“The hose reel had come with a part missing. A week on from this and I'm still waiting for the replacement item, althought I've had communication that the manufacturer will supply this directly.”

“Whilst ordering the long handled weed puller via the Webb I experience difficulty in trying to pay by card, with the result being I had to telephone the company the following day. This process was easy, the operator had excellent product knowledge and payment for the tool was promptly completed. The tool I ordered was promptly delvered and I would not hesitate in using this company again.”
