“I was designing a garden sprinkler system and found W of W on line as Gardena representatives. I had some questions and the staff on the helpline were excellent. All the parts I needed were available and were despatched promptly. Hence 5*! The only drawback was the delivery partner. I placed 2 orders both on next day delivery and the first took 3 days and their tracking website was hopeless. Given the number of companies that deliver efficiently, I think this needs reviewing.”

“Goods excellent. Delivery poor. Friday afternoon driver said he would deliver in a few minutes. Few minutes later got message saying, Sorry would deliver Monday! Monday delivery was good. I know they have lots of deliveries, but typical Friday afternoon routine. Had my number. Took photo outside chemists next to Marina. Its not just DPD, othet companies are similar. Why don't people wake up to this?”
