“We ordered a Gardena classic wall mounted hose reel which had a fault, we did not and could not have known this before assembly and first use because the fault was a leak within the mechanism, however, after contacting world of watering they asked us to send some images etc. and then very kindly sent us a new product as replacement, our experiences with this company are faultless and have no hesitation in recommending them.”
