“The driver could not find my house yesterday so it wasn't delivered. I had to ring twice to chase where the delivery was. I'm told it will be delivered now tomorrow. Since it's a birthday present that is not acceptable. Why the driver didn't ring for instructions on finding my house is a mystery. Dreadful service.”
