“I was able to get a set of secateurs the correct size for my hand using the size chart on the website (last set I bought online were too big for me). Delivery was very quick and I have delayed writing a review until I had chopped up 8 large bags of shrubs - no blisters and very happy with the product.”

“I contacted Felco direct to get some advice as to which secateurs would be best for me. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I then ordered them on line which was really easy and they arrived 2 days later. I’m looking forward to using them in the near future.”

“Prompt delivery and a reasonable price. However, the item was wrapped in a *lot* of black clingfilm for posting (no transit damage to the item), but it is very difficult to open without damaging the item package, and not very good for the environment either! A simple 'Jiffy' bag would have been better - at least that is re-usable...”

“Well you seem to have asked for a review before my order (an Xmas present) has arrived and I don't know where it is as APS do not recognise the tracking order so I have no idea where the Felco secateurs are and the communications could be much better.
