“Mailing me and asking for a review prior to receiving my purchase isn't the best way to get a good review, but it does however get you a phone call from the company asking that you remove your review. Today (two days after being asked to provide a review) I received my order. I will not be ordering from World of Felco again until they do something about the excessive plastic packaging they use to wrap up a product which is already in pretty sturdy packaging of it's own. The pruning saw and secateurs look as I had hoped and I am sure that they are the same great quality of my previous purchases of Felco products. Feel free to let me know once you have addressed the packaging issue. Fred”
