“I loved my lefthanded Fellowship 10s for 45 years until this year. A screw came out and they stopped working. Luckily it was so easy to replace the screw and save the day. Delivery in a couplecof says too. At the same time I bought another set to give to my neighbour. I've a 2 acre garden and use my secateurs every day. Can't Iive without them.”

“The parcel arrived on time and well packed and at sale price. whats not to love! I have bought these as a present for my daughter who whilst we were working in her garden, noted that MY Felco secateurs performed so much better than her own, I did just manage to bring them home!!.”

“Order was meant to arrive next day.Did not arrive until 2 days later. I phoned to say parcel was not arriving next day and was told a refund would be issued for next day delivery charge. No refund received. Sent an email and refund ha now been received”

“Wonderful products and great customer service! One of the products I ordered, the Felco holster, was faulty. So I got in touch with Customer Service and was impressed how quickly they responded, with an apology and return label attached. As soon as I posted the return, they dispatched the replacement holster, which arrived the following day. The seccateurs and gloves look good and are of very good quality too.”
