“Order was meant to arrive next day.Did not arrive until 2 days later. I phoned to say parcel was not arriving next day and was told a refund would be issued for next day delivery charge. No refund received. Sent an email and refund ha now been received”

“Wonderful products and great customer service! One of the products I ordered, the Felco holster, was faulty. So I got in touch with Customer Service and was impressed how quickly they responded, with an apology and return label attached. As soon as I posted the return, they dispatched the replacement holster, which arrived the following day. The seccateurs and gloves look good and are of very good quality too.”

“Have used World of Felco several times before, great service with no hassle and fast delivery. The Felco 21 loppers are an excellent bit of kit, easy to use and built to last a lifetime. Only issue was the packaging, they were in the original Felco cardboard box and the address label attached to that.., not strong enough for transit, so arrived with lots of 'repackaged with care by DPD' tape down one side and they had obviously been out of the box at some point on its journey by the minor marks on them.. But they will see worse than that in use I have no doubt..!! World of Felco are fab to deal with and Felco tools are undoubtedly the best there is..”

“I've been really looking forward to getting my own pair of Felcos. Frustratingly, after a day of using them, I realised I couldn't loosen the bolts to take the secateurs apart. I've been trying to take apart my secateurs using the Felco tool, but the bolts absolutely will not move. So much so, the tool slipped and damaged the bolt. So I'm a bit miffed. I'm a professional gardener and have taken apart Felcos in the past many a time. These have come way too tight. Everything else about the item seems fine.”

“Sharp secateurs which sit comfortably in the hand. Easy to use the hook lock by swivelling with the thumb. Great colour to avoid mislaying the secateurs in the flower bed. Highly recommend.”

“I am a professional gardener and have bought from world of Felco on numerous occasions, usually for spare parts, they usually arrive one or two days after ordering. I wouldn't purchase felco's from anywhere else.”

“I purchased a new part to get a bolt. It would be nice if some small parts were available separately for example the bolt alone without the anvil. The tool could have been refurbished for the amount of money spent on a couple of bolts. That being said, the delivery of parts was trouble free and I now have a useable pair of secateurs.”

“Growing up, I clearly remember my parents, keen gardeners themselves, pruning their beloved roses with a red handled pair of secatuers. Now I've become a keen gardener myself and I have continued the tradition of using Felco secatuers, although not for roses now but for tidying up tree ferns and Hostas as gardening styles and tastes evolve. The sense of nostalgia using Felco tools brings is only surpassed by the outstanding Swiss quality of this product. Not the cheapest, but without doubt the best. Buy a pair of these and you will never need, or want, to buy another brand, well, unless you misslay them in your wildflower meadow!”
