“As an elderly lady wishing to purchase a pair of Green Handled Ladies Secatuers I was somewhat disappoionted to be informed I could not place the order over the phone and was instructed that I could only order online! Your colleague told me the model number to replace the ones I currently owned(but have lost) was No 6. I was able to ask a friend to kindly order these for me last week, they subsequently arrived on Saturday. I can confirm they are up to the standard of my old ones, but would have found it more helpful if the wording "Suitable for Ladies" was used in the catalogue.”

“For anyone demanding first class durable products and quality service: accept no substitutes for Felco. I've been a fan for decades ever since I discovered left-handed secateurs and the difference they make to working in the garden. I've always had 2 pair so wouldn't be without when sending one to be professionally serviced, an inexpensive event which leaves the secateurs almost as new. Years ago this involved sending cheques but now I can do this online; much simpler and faster. Recently I've also discovered their diamond coated sharpening tool. It's light, fits in the pocket, keeps blades (including those of loppers) razor sharp meaning longer intervals between sending for service. Finally when occasionally I have wanted advice from the Felco team, they've always been thoroughly helpful and pleasant.”

“Absolutely love my new secateurs - they fit my hand perfectly and cause no strain on my wrist. I have so much cutting back at this time of year, my major problem will be to look after them and not scoop them up with the compost - I could do with a tracker attached !”

“I initially purchased Felco tools because they are made from quality materials, which seem made to last. If anything should need replacing, the tools can be dismantled and various parts sent back to the supplier for individual repair. This is much better than sending the complete tool itself back. Felco products also seem to have excellent reviews from most handlers.”

“The prices were fairly reasonable considering that these pruners were a replacement for a pair I lost earlier in the year. I had the original ones for nearly 8 years and so couldn't exactly remember which model they were.. Handle seems a litle smaller than I remember.”

“The site was very useful in helping me choose the best secateurs for my needs, and I placed the order and my goods arrived exactly when they were due. “Online site was easy to navigate, purchased Felco 8 Secateurs bundle with sharpening tool, also leather holster, and a pair of F321 snips. Very happy with the service provided by WoF items arrived on time and they even emailed a video on how to care for your products . Very impressed with cutting off both the secateurs and the snips. Wish I had invested in these products years ago would’ve saved a fortune. I’m now sending for the care bundle.”
