“Unfortunately the spring came out of the secateurs on the second time used and was lost in long grass . I have already raised this and a reply was received from Lorcan on 27th July but it does seem strange that such an important element fell out so soon . I have an older pair and this has never happened to date . The springs are not cheap to replace !”

“A well-balanced, comfortable pair of secateurs and a pleasure to use.Long-established company with full replaceable parts availability. Secateurs were supplied with a sharpening device (not a stone but had small blades) Instructions for the correct use of this sharpener should have been provided.”

“if products are out of stock then this should be clear on your website, not to be told after you place your order, that it will another 2 weeks or so before the item is back in stock. It was only when i asked for a refund that the item was suddenly in stock and shipped the next day. if i can't tell if an item is in stock i might as well look elsewhere”
