“I wanted a pair of good quality secateurs for occasional use, so rang Felco for advice. The responsive assistant said that a model 5 pair would be appropriate and I duly ordered them. They arrived in good time, well-packed and have been very useful for trimming . I'm very satisfied and would recommend the purchase direct from Felco. Phoning for advice when unsure which pair would be best for my needs led to a good buy.”

“World of Felco had amazing customer service! My mum bought me gardening tools for christmas. The courier company made a mistake and did not deliver them as they should. I spoke with Clive who was super helpful in figuring this out ASAP. He looked into the courier's actions and dispatched new tools to me soon thereafter. World of Felco was a delight to deal with!”

“I bought replacement blades for my two pairs of felco secateurs. The original pair is over 40 years old and the newer about 10. They are both working like new. The oldest pair would have been thrown away if you hadn't continue to sell replacement blades for an older model.”
