“One telephone call and all of my questions were answered by your very professional member of staff. I have had a pair of Felco 6 secateurs for many years and requested information on a 'second support pair of secateurs' to cover all aspects of my volunteering role at a large 'estate garden' A pair of Felco 2 secateurs plus holster were speedily supplied.
