“I contacted Felco direct to get some advice as to which secateurs would be best for me. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I then ordered them on line which was really easy and they arrived 2 days later. I’m looking forward to using them in the near future.”

“Prompt delivery and a reasonable price. However, the item was wrapped in a *lot* of black clingfilm for posting (no transit damage to the item), but it is very difficult to open without damaging the item package, and not very good for the environment either! A simple 'Jiffy' bag would have been better - at least that is re-usable...”

“Well you seem to have asked for a review before my order (an Xmas present) has arrived and I don't know where it is as APS do not recognise the tracking order so I have no idea where the Felco secateurs are and the communications could be much better. “Excellent service with delivery ahead of schedule - some achievement just before Christmas in this "Covid" year! The secateurs were very well wrapped and await final less secure wrapping for a Christmas present to replace the lost 40-year-old fully working previous Felco secateurs ( which my husband will probably now find!)”

“My review concerns the post and packaging. As you state, this is a gift box set, however the box arrived damaged down one side and more significantly there is a sticker, which is not easily removeable, saying "FREE BEANIE HAT" This is not my idea of how a gift looks.”
