“Disappointed with my secateurs - we were advised at Sparsholt college where I’m studying Rhs horticulture level three , that they were supposed to be the best etc But mine are sticking already - after only one days usage.”

“Received my Felcos today,pleased now I have them as I can tidy up my houseplants and use them for taking cuttings etc. They’re nice and light weight wise and having the holster finishes them off.”

“You did not believe me when I told you that I did not received my felco 8. I felt cheated. Your sales team should check with the delivery company and ask them for proof before insisting that it was delivered. You must know that customer’s experience is very important. Honestly I did not have a good experience with your team. Asking me to call the delivery company and I had to wait in the call queue number twenty and after an hour waiting I gave up. I strongly believe that your customer services can do better, but one this occasion, I was let down very badly. Any way wishing your team a Happy New Year. Kind regards, Fred”
