“Service very good but snips have a lot of play between blades ie joint not good enough. Lee perhaps you could tell me what you can do to help me . I have used Felco secateurs professionally for in excess of 50 years and this is the first time that I am less than happy. I look forward to hearing from you Lee with your response. “Your Felco no.7 have a terrific reputation and I love mine. I bought some as a present but sadly the red cover of the rotating handle kept falling off. As they were less than six months old, I expected that a replacement would be forthcoming. Not so. After a few exchanges of email these secateurs were eventually returned and I now have them back again having been repaired. It remains to be seen if they are as good as new - I hope so.”
