“I bought a lined pair of clogs for my wife. Unfortunately, despite being the same brand and size as previous pairs I have bought from World of Clogs these were uncomfortable to wear. The good news is returning them was straightforward and World of Clogs refunded me in full very quickly. So in addition to having great clogs they also have first-rate customer service!”

“Very poor service. Had to write two emails complaining that I had not received any order confirmation. Then had no reply to either email. So tried to recover my payment through paypal. Suddenly after 3 weeks I got an order confirmation followed by my order a couple of days later. Very poor communication and customer service.”

“I was very pleased with the World of Cloggs website. It was straightforward finding the type and size of clog I wanted although there was a limited choice of colours - not unexpected as it was near Christmas. Payment was easy and the clogs were delivered on time as promised. Overall a good experience.”
