“The shoes I ordered were too small. I contacted customer service about exchanging them for another pair. The website doesn’t manage exchanges well. Customer service was very unhelpful so I just returned the shoes in frustration.”

“I have been ordering TofflenAM Cloggs for many years. I am pleased to see the return to rubber based soles which are much safer on hard wet surfaces, than the recent less forgiving plastic treads. Ordering and delivery , as efficient as always.”
