“Great advice and help from David Thorne, he worked out what I needed after someone else (a friend) worked it all out wrong. Great product to, easy to fit, tough and durable, using it slightly differently to what most purchase it for but so far so good, well I haven't slipped on it outside when plying table tennis, just waiting for pool table and hot tub to come Kind regards Claire”

“I recently knocked out an old boiler and stand to turn into a pantry. Wanted a sturdy racking system. What I purchased from you has been fantastic. I firstly bought 4 racks. With repositioning, managed to squeeze another rack in. As usual the service was amazing. Prompt and reliable. Thank you for a superb system. I now have a very well equipped pantry. Dawn Nurton”

“Bought Nautilus Aura high back chair. It was dispatched and arrived promptly. However when assembling I found that I couldn't thread the arm bolts in fully, the threads in the nuts in the frame werren't cut properly. So I had to clean them up with a tap and reform the bolt threads with a die. Then I found that instead of the max seat height being 540mm it was actually only 515mm. And also the seat was tilted slightly to one side putting some strain on my back. David from Workplace Stuff contacted me and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately. Unfortunately this still didn't meet the minimum height criteria so both chairs were returned to Nautilus (at their cost) and David issued a refund very promptly. Although the goods didn't meet my needs I am very happy with the service I got from Workplace Stuff and would use them again in the future.”
