“Our first stay at Woolacombe Bay and we couldn’t have been happier. Value for money overall puts this above many other popular holiday parks and we have already rebooked for next year less than 24 hours after check out. We stayed in a new wave diamond as a family of 3 and were really pleased with the size, facilities and cleanliness. The park itself had plenty to do and our daughter loved the kids disco each night. Indoor pool was a huge hit also, my only gripe is that although there is a lot of signage there wasn’t any policing from the lifeguards of people wearing shoes in the changing and pool area which would have been appreciated. Prices are slightly inflated in the onsite shop and bars which is to be expected so would recommend being well equipped for your stay. On the few occasions we ate at the restaurant we were happy with the food. Really excited to come back next year.”

“So easy to book using their online facility and you get a 10% discount if you book again the following year within 28 days of leaving the site. What's not to like?! :)”

We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn't match your expectations. Regarding the discount, there is a specific term on the Come Back offer page that may have affected the discount you received. The extra discount is limited to the total booking value of your most recent previous holidays that departed in the past 28 days. For instance, if your most recent holiday cost £99, that would be the maximum extra come-back saving you could apply to your new booking. In other words, the discount off a future booking cannot be more than the total price you paid for your previous holiday. This is designed to ensure the offer remains fair for everyone. “We had a great time at the Parks. Only disappointing part was two of the three children’s meals we had. The kids pizza was rock hard and the topping just looked burnt, the peas were also very hard, and I paid an extra £2 each to have their chips as cheesy chips, but I could almost count the flakes of Cheese that was put on top of the chips and it certainly wasn’t worth the cost. I was told the kids pizzas are not cooked like the lovely adult ones which we’ve enjoyed before. At no time was I asked if I wanted anything changed with the order. A little more TLC and attention with the children’s meals would have made the day perfect.”
