“Although Wonderland Models have been around for years, I've only ever bought from them previously at an air show. However, after seeing an advertisement on Facebook about second hand kits, I thought I'd make some enquiries. I found their response time and manner, very encouraging. I ended up buying an old Monogram F-102 which came extremely quickly. All in all, top service. I'll definitely be using them for online transactions again.”

“I BOUGHT ONE OF THES EFROM YOU 18 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE OF ILL NESS I NEVER EVEN OPENED IT LAST WEEKS I DID THE RECIEVER WAS MISSING I CONTACTED YOU TOLD YOU THE TRUTH IM 70 YEARS OLD IMPECKABLE FEEDBACK ON E BAY HONESTY BEING NUMBER ONE COMMENT WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT ANOTHER ONE IF THERE WAS ONE THERE I TOLD THEM THRE TRUTH THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED ITS TO STRANGE NOT TO BELIEVE IT IVE BEEN IN RETAIL ALL MY LIFE I WOULD HAVE DONE WHAT MR PRITCHARD SAID CHECKED HIS E BAY HISTORY CIRMISED THIS GUY IS A HONEST MAN AND HELPED HIM BUT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED I WAS DISSGUSTED I HAD TO BUY ONE AS I SOLD THE TANK I BET YOU HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM OF THESE BEING STOLEN IN YOUR SHOP I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE 48 POUND I THOUHGHT A TENNER I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN I AM A JADLAM MODELS CUSTOMER I WISH I CONTACTED THEM FIRST BUT AS I BOUGHT UNIT FROM YOU I NEEDED THE RECIEVER SO I USED YOU AGAIN THAT IS THE LAST TIME EVER SOMETIMES IN RETAIL IF YOU LOOSES A LITTLE IT COMES BACK TEN FOLD IVE LEARNT THAT MANY TIMES IF THIS IS EVER READ YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE A LITTLE HOMEWORK AND ACTED A LITTLE BETTER BUT YOU JUST DID NOT CARE WONT BE LONG BEFORE YOU CLOSE WITH THE REST EVEN IF YOU OFFERED ME IT HALF PRICE GOOD WILL I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THAT YOU DONT CARE IT WILL BE YOUR UNDOING K PRITCHARD”

Keith Thanks for your feedback. We ask all our customers to check the contents of their deliveries and inform us within 48 hours of any shortages or discrepancies. This is clearly mentioned on both the delivery note and invoice. Unfortunately you have first contacted us about this alledged shortage 17 months after your order was successfully delivered to you so we are unable to provide a complimentary replacement in this instance. Thanks very much for your understanding.

“I heard via social media that Wonderland Models hads recently acquired a large selention of pre-owned vintage model kits and a couple caught my eye. A quick phone call reserved me two kits and these were then paid for via the website. Delivery was super quick and secure and the kits were found to be complete and in very good condition. Thanks must go out to Paul in the shop for assisting in locating these scarce kits for me.”
