“I bought a Forces Of Valor 1/72 Royal Air Force Chinook HC Mk1 Helicopter 1984 . Everthing was done right except the model was loose. This ment that from time of selection, packing, transport, delivery, & opening the modele rattled. After opening the parcil it could be seen at to what caused the rattel. The screwa that held the model to the base has come loose. As a collector who prefurs to keep the modale in it's box the contence is as it was in the shop. This model should have never been sold/sent out in its condition. Whoever selected the item. whoever did the packing & whoever handed the package to the devivery people heard the rattle (If they didn't know ignerance is no excuse). Was the item damaged? I don't know who to blame but if who picked the box at the start is where the problem could have been overcome.”

“My experience is very good based on the communication from Wonderland . I have telephoned and spoken to a real person and had instant answers , these days the reliance on Robots etc is just appalling so please never go down that route , it would have a very negative impact on your business ( the adoption of the approach is just staggeringly dreadful and shows zero business acumen for Customers and for future business) , communication is paramount to buid a business and for its longevity.”

“Wonderland Models have been fantastic at sorting out and delivering my quite large order and delivery. I had asked the company to hold my orders until I had left hospital. I had forgotten all about this arrangement as things in the hospital didn’t go as planned. As I hadn’t received my order, I rang them late in the day and they very gently reminded of the hospital arrangement. I apologised and they got my order out that day and I have now received it. This has been a fantastic service and I must thank them for abiding to my wishes. This is a great company and I’ll use them again soon.”

“I keep coming back, because the prices are great and the service is even better. Ordered one day, dispatched the same day or following day and with me the following day after that. I would need to travel 20 miles for a model shop, why would I, when I have Wonderland?”
