“I have purchased from Wonderland on several occasions, and in all my dealings I have found them to be most helpful and efficient. This time I spoke to one of the representatives in the dispatch office who after informing me that the model I wanted would be unavailable for Christmas delivery, suggested that a similar model was coming into stock the following day and would dispatch one as soon as they came in. True to his word the model arrived on the Friday before Christmas and all was well.”

“When informed that the model I had ordered was not in stock, I requested it to remain outstanding assuming it would be received in the new year (2024). However it was sent and received before Christmas (2023). I always suspected that Wonderland Models were one of - if not the best - shops in GB. Now I know that they are! No praise can be too high for all the staff involved. I therefore wish all of you a great Hogmanay and look forward to using you all next year. All my best regards Les Hooton (Sasenach)”

“Wonderland Models were fantastic! I was missing a few important paints from my batch model painting and Amazon, Ebay and Games all quoted receiving them around the 6th January. Despite being ordered on the 23rd December, I received it the very next day! Amazing work.”

“Ordered modeling paints online. Easy to navigate website to find what was needed. Order arrived quite quickly, very well packaged. One item was missing so contacted online and the matter was dealt with very efficiently with minimum fuss. Very pleased with my experience shopping with Wonderland Models. Would definitely recommend.”
