“Ordered three models recently, but one of them was out of stock. I received a phone call to inform me of this and was offered an alternative, which was very similar to the one I'd originally ordered, so I accepted. Everything arrived safe and sound two days later. So nice actually speak to a human being to sort out a minor issue. Will use again”

“Wonderland Models always provide a 1st class service. On this occasion the purchase of a 1/48 scale Airfix Hawker Hunter at a greatly reduced price was excellent. Model arrived quickly and was well packaged (with two aircraft related magazines thrown in.... one dating from 1949 - a great surprise). Thank you”
