“Wonderland models is the best place to buy anything to do with models, they keep you very well informed about your orders progress and the delivery is just awesome, you know when it’s coming with a one hour window plus the drivers name and the company delivering it , I personally can’t fault Wonderland… for me 10 stars **********”

“I ordered 2 items. Informed immediately 1 item had just gone out of stock and would be back in stock within 7 days. I was informed when item was back in stock and my order had been dispatched on Friday. I received my order on Monday it was extremely well packaged to prevent my items getting damaged in transit. I would definitely recommend Wonderland models. 👌”

“Having recently purchased a Tamiya Grand Hauler, as well as the MFU to go with it I must say that the service has been second to none! Everything arrived the next day, and when I had certain issues with the kit these were resolved in no time at all. Alex in particular has been incredibly helpful, even though he must now dread hearing my voice on the phone!! Overall a fantastic customer service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Needed some paint for a new project. I placed the order on Friday, paid for next working day delivery and was expecting it on the Monday or Tuesday. It actually arrived on Saturday morning at about 10 am. You have to go a long way to get better service than. Prices are good too.”

“Recent purchase was an Airfix kit. Box arrived but within wasn't the kit specified. I appreciate not Wonderlands problem but that of Airfix when the kit was boxed. No problem with Wonderland ordering or delivery. No big deal at the end of the day as I'll take up the matter with Airfix.”
