All our parcels are sent via a next working day courier so they arrive promptly. This is slightly more expensive than Royal Mail First Class post but much more reliable. Our loyal customers really appreciate this fast efficient service.

“Service from Wonderland Models outstanding as always. Easy to use website and great communication. My only gripe is that they use DPD as the courier who are appalling. Why companies use them is beyond me. I would rather pay more for delivery and use a more reputable courier. Having said that we got the parcel quickly (not withstanding the moronic DPD driver trying to deliver to the wrong address next door) fortunately my wife spotted him and got him to bring the parcel to the right house.”

“Perfect models of the British birds I ordered: the swan in particular was gorgeous. Initially I was hesitant to order as I couldn’t find the size of the models, but they are small - just right for my granddaughter. Shame there aren’t others in the series.”

“Delighted, because very fast delivery - 2 days - and accurate -there being 16 items. Initially I was concerned as it disappeared from my basket after 2 days, as I didn't want it shipped immediately, but later found it reappeared and I was able to place the order without further effort.”
