“Models are good quality but the customer service is questionable. Paid for next day delivery but got told I to expect the order to arrive after another 4 days. Got refused a refund on full refund of next day delivery charge. I had to write a complaint just to get a refund on a service I clearly didn’t receive. No acknowledgment of distress and inconvenience caused by wonderland models.”

Russell we have confirmation from our courier that your parcel was successfully delivered to you on the 22nd August which was six days ago. You were sent an email and text informing you of this the day it was delivered.

“Impressively fast delivery and with DPD who are by far the best courier in my area. Wonderland’s website is also great and as I used to come in to the shop as a student back in the 80s, it’s nice to be able to give them some business as I have very fond memories of being in the shop as a teenager! Congratulations on 50 years!”
