“I have just had delivered my latest purchase from one of my favourite model outlets, Wonderland Models; a large, stout, well packaged and well-protected cardboard box encasing my purchase, personally handed to me by Wonderland's courier. I've made many purchases through the years from Wonderland Models and I'm happy to say that they have all been good, positive experiences. And because their cardboard packaging is always new, fresh and clean, I'm also able to make models for my young grandchildren out of it, so top marks all round Wonderland Models! Many thanks for another great experience!”

“Wonderland Models service is second to none, whilst on occasions other outlets may offer my preferred kit cheaper I would rather pay that little bit extra in the knowledge that my kit will always be dispatched promptly (no matter how big my order is). On most occasions my order arrives the following day. The sales team are extremely helpful and always willing to answer any queeries I may have. Wonderland Models will always remain my No1 destination for all of my modelling requirements. In short if it 'aint broke why fixit' (Happy Christmas)”

“Very few places sell the range offered by Wonderland Models. I made my purchase online on Saturday 25th November, some one immediately emailed me back to advise the model I purchased was out of stock and advised they were expecting more by 11th December. I advised I was happy to wait, again I got an immediate response and the model was delivered on 1st December. Having a model out of stock cannot be helped however I thought the speed to respond and customer care was excellent.”

“Very impressed by the range of models, I have been looking for one model for a while and you had it in stock. Ordered a second model shortly after in the cyber Monday sale and that was delivered next day. Could be my go-to model store in future.”

“Here is where it lets itself down. If you pay extra there is an expectation that you will receive next day delivery. I waited four days and when I asked for the postage to be refunded my emails were ignored so be very careful folks !”

“My order didn’t arrive on the day I was expecting so I rang them and spoke to a lovely gentleman who told me they were waiting for part 3 of my order then it would be dispatched. If it didn’t arrive by the end of the week they’d refund that item and send my other 2 out as usual. They were all dispatched the following day! Great customer service and great items, my son will be ecstatic on Christmas Day, thank you so much, no doubt I will be buying more in the future.”
