Karen your parcel was sent out on a next day delivery as requested and DPD attempted unsuccessfully to deliver your parcel the following day. A notification of the failed delivery was sent to you at 21:25. They then returned the following morning and successfully delivered the parcel. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

“Ordered Monday the 28th October, delivered Tuesday the 29th October. Perfect ! Oh wait a minute..... the DPD delivery was almost 1hr early. Better than perfect ! Jim”

“Good service and quick delivery. The only small point I would make is that the two modelas I ordered were held together inside a box with a strong elestic band which actually crushed the box of the smaller model. Everything inside was OK so it's fine but perhaps use a slightly weaker elastic band next time.”

“Wonderland Models is a great website with a huge range of models, RC vehicles, toys and figures. The staff have always been brilliant. Any correspondence has been dealt with swiftly and courteously too. I feel they are a safe and secure website that I would recommend to others. And it is my "go to" site for model plane kits. Plus, the delivery is quick. I just wish the shop was closer to where I live :)”

“Unbelievably fast!! Order arrived in a day and a half! I'm not usually that bothered about how long orders take to get delivered as long as it's right and in a reasonable time; usually the quicker the delivery the more chance it's wrong or damaged but in this case, the order is bang on and to be honest I was running out of the Black and white paint, hence ordering 2 of each. So, thankyou Wonderland; this is probably the third or fourth time buying from you - no issues at all, thanks again!!”
