“Excellent! Remarkable customer service- I ordered at lunchtime, my order (three small kits of 1/72 figures and a few Humbrol tinlets) was sent out the same day and delivered the next. Sensible, competitive pricing, a great selection and secure packaging. I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“Items arrived well packed, however I paid for next day delivery. Paid on the evening of the 11th, expecting it to be shipped on the 12th and arrive on the 13th. It arrived on the 15th. So I do not understand what I paided extra for. Next day should mean that.”
