“Broad selection of products. Efficient online purchase and shipping. Great store to visit if you are in Edinburgh. Recently received a package where a store picking error resulted in the wrong paint being delivered. This will of course happen from time to time and the team very quickly resolved the matter and the correct stuff arrived a couple of days latter. This is the only error I have experienced over years of buying from them - and it was resolved without fuss.”

“Usually very good. Mistake this time with our order. I rang to enquire where it was. I got told it will be with you tomorrow. My dad rang them shortly afterwards he got told it had been sent to the wrong address. Maybe could have told me that in the first place.”

“The item Arrived super quickly. They had an issue that the box for my model was damaged. They rang to ask if I wanted to wait for a new one or if it was okay. This is lovely considering most places wouldn't have done that and just sent it! I would definitely buy from here again! Also cheaper than a big brand store where I had found this model previously!!”
