“I called the shop Tuesday afternoon, got very friendly and helpful advice, before placing an order online soon after. It was delivered to me at the other end of the UK 24 hours later. I recommend Wonderland Models 100%.”

“I’ve used Wonderland Models for many years either buying direct at RIAT or the IPMS Show at Telford but also for mail order which is first class, excuse the pun. I must get round to visiting the Edinburgh shop one day.”

“I purchased a Tamiya rc Trailer for €500 which was on offer. Prices were in Euro. However I was very surprised when the courier (DPD) text me to say that there was €125 due for customs. This negated the Offer price. I have reviewed your web site and it does state custom fees are not included but it is very low down the page. I have paid and am keeping the trailer. However I feel that it should be made clearer that custom charges will be added, especially for customers who are viewing in Euros. BTW I am eagerly awaiting the light set for this trailer which is currently n/a. Regards, Martin”

“Ordered and received very promptly. Brass strips were in good condition and free from any damage in transit. My only comment was the size of the box the contents were shipped in? There was also plenty of packaging.”

“Prompt accurate service, good stock choices. Would be 5 stars except I would prefer to be given a cheaper (slower) shipping option to go with the £7.99 for a courier. 2nd class mail would be fine!”

“I ordered using the Click & Collect option and received an email saying it was ready to pick up around 2 hours later. I went to pick up my order the next day as I live around 13 miles away and everything was ready in a box for me to collect. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, giving me a recommendation for what modelling filler to use and how to use it. I would definitely recommend Wonderland Models and would consider shopping here again.”
