Hi, Sorry for the delay with your order but the importer is experiencing problems in getting consistent supplies of Tamiya products due to the attacks on shipping in the Gulf. We did let you know of the delay by e-mail and you were free to cancel the order if you did not want to wait. As to payment, we do not charge a customer's card at the time of ordering but only when we have the goods ready for shipment. I have checked our records and we charged your card on the morning we despatched your parcel.

“It was getting desperate. I needed some Tamiya spray paints. But there seems to be so little available. Then I found Wonderland Models. After registering I ordered what I needed on Saturday. On Tuesday the order was delivered. Fantastic service, and much appreciated by this customer.”

“Ordered the Tamiya Hornet package on Friday at 1pm - it arrived by courier on Saturday at 11:30! Absolutely brilliant model that I built with my son - we loved it so much that I bought The Frog the next week and that arrived before 11am the next day aswell! Thank you for the really helpful advice when ordering as well.”
