“I ordered 2 items. Whilst 1 turned out to be not available, Wonderland emailed me very promptly and explained the situation and suggested an alternative. I ultimately decided to cancel the unavailable element and carry on with the item that was available, and despite me offering to pay the original full post, Wonderland only charged me a smaller amount, which was decent. The 1 item I retained was delivered swiftly. Whilsti live in the SE of England and Wonderland is in Scotland, I felt like i was in the shop the way they dealt with this. Hat's off for that, and I will be back as the range of product is great, and they clearly give a damn. Thankyou.”

“The item I ordered was out of stock but I received a quick personal response explaining that the item was out of stock but had been reordered. The item arrived on the day of my grandson's birthday . I was delighted with the personal nature of the service you provided as I have often visited the shop with my grandsons but this was the first time I had to buy online.”
