“I recently purchased a Tamiya AS-32 spray and a tin of Revell metallic silver paint. I realised a few minutes later that I needed to add a jar of Tamiya XF-25 paint. I was not able to add it to the original order but was told by staff in the shop that the 2 orders would be combined and I would only have to pay one.postage. I have however been billed for 2 postages. I would like one to be refunded.”

If you check your bank statement you will see that you have only been charged for one postage charge. Apoilogies if you missed this?

“First time I’ve used Wonderland Models, great communication, made me aware straight away of a delay in my order due to a delay in stock arriving. Emailed me to say that they were dispatching my order which arrived the next day. Everything was in perfect condition. Well packed, Chuffed with the models I got at a great price.
