Sorry for the delay but we were temporarily out of stock of one of the kits. It arrived earlier today and your parcel is now wrapped and awaiting collection by our couriers.

“Was expecting a next day delivery I.e Friday. However by the following Tuesday nothing had arrived. Followed up by e-mail to find one item was out of stock and was awaiting delivery. I would have hoped Wonderland Models had informed me of the delay.”

Hi Richard, Please accept our sincere apologies for not informing you of an issue with one of the items that you had ordered with us. It was expected back into stock the day after your order was received. Unfortunately our supplier has had a few delays with incoming containers that caused the slight delay and we weren't advised of this issue at the time.
