“MIy first purchase from Wonderland Models, but certainly not my last. I had been, desperately, seeking two models from the Siku range as part of my grandson's Christmas wish list, and wasn't having much luck. That changed once I'd contacted Wonderland Models. Not only were the staff courteous and helpful, they were very knowledgeable when it came to their HUGE range of collectors' models. They reassured me that they would leave no stone unturned to source the items I required and within two weeks of my enquiry, both the items I'd been searching for were delivered to my address!! Fantastic! Couldn't be more grateful and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Not easy to get hold of obscure figures from Strelets. Had three boxes in total. Lightning fast delivery. Well packaged. That's one way of getting rid of unwanted magazines ! Cheers WM Triple A”

“The service from Wonderland Models was excellent. The morning after I'd placed my order I received a phone call as one of my items was out of stock and I was offered a replacement to the same value of the item to be removed from my invoice. The products then arrived the next day. Excellent customer service - I would use again without hesitancy.”

“What a great customer experience at Wonderland Models in Scotland. I can only recommend the highest praise for the Service to customers provided by the staff of this Model shop business. My Parcel arrived in record time even though it was standard delivery and the stores were awaiting new stock to complete my order. I know this because I was emailed without delay as to the status of my order. Then the way the parcel was packed when it arrived such care and attention blew me away!. Kind Regards Andrew Mould.”
