“Wonderful set of people. As I am a keen model builder they have all that I need both paints and kits. I also asked several questions about paints which always confused me over the years and they answered all my questions and also gave me links to helpful informative sites. Well done all. “Hi, On Thursday, I was tracking my order to be delivered, I went outside to see if I could see the dpd van and I saw him coming around the corner onto my street, he stopped and made a delivery to another address, then I got a message on my phone saying....' sorry we have missed you, Adeel won't be back today, we'll be back on Fri 04 Aug, I thought what the hell is going on as he hadn't even been to my address. So it's no wonder that people get fed up with dpd when they don't even deliver parcels. If I hadn't gone out, I would have had to wait another day. This is not acceptable as you pay for your products to be delivered to your customers. You might need to review your position with DPD, how many more customers have been let down like this i wonder”
