“All the items requested by my grandson for his birthday were available. I received them within a couple of days of ordering. They were very well packaged and were reasonably priced. “Really pleased with my purchases from the Edinburgh branch of Wonderland Models, where they had some secondhand kits for sale. Communication was very good, as was the quick delivery and the kits were very well packaged. I just wish they were nearer to where I lived so I could visit in person. Definately recommend.”

“I ordered two items requiring dpd delivery. I placed the order Tuesday evening with next day delivery knowing it would not be processed until Wednesday. Exspecting my order on Thursday. It was delivered friday afternoon. That according to your web site is normal delivery. So why did I pay extra?”

Keith, I have checked the details of the order and you ordered a spray paint. Due to postal restrictions this has to be sent by courier and the minimum cost of that service is £7.99

“I ordered model 18-38180R for my 4yr old grandson. The model is of George Russell's car as my grandson has become a massive fan. Only being 4yrs old, the only way he knows the difference between george Russell and Lewis Hamilton is by their helmet colour. I specifically picked this model as it had a driver in the car but the car I received did not (the model I ordered still shows a driver on the website). The car itself if fine but it's not what is advertised.”

Sorry for any confusion here. These F1 cars are sold in two versions, with and without the driver figure at £21.99 and £9.99 respectively. The only images of the cars available from the Burago importer have the driver figure so we include a clear statement in bold text on each of the basic cars stating "No driver helmet with this model. Image for reference only". You ordered the version without the driver and we have checked the website entry for that car and it does have the "no driver helmet" warning.
