“Very good service, would use this firm again”

“Item did not arrive within one working day even though I had paid for the express delivery service. When chased, their excuse was that the stock they had available had damaged boxes and were waiting for a fresh delivery. Customers should always be kept informed and I was not informed. I would like a refund of the express delivery postage please. Otherwise, the actual item was in good condition.”

Patricia, sorry for the delay with the order and I want to apologise for our failure to let you know of the delay but I hope you understand we do not want to send out sub-standard goods. “I ordered a model kit, and some paint, they have the best stock availability of paint I know. They contacted me to say say the model was out of stock, so I said please could they send the paint anyway. The replied with that they had found a model in stock, and I got my whole order the next day!”
